I don't understand so many bad reviews. The service was excellent and the place is spotless.

They refused to give me a complaint form, so I had to call 112. The place was filthy; the cups were dirty and had dried-out coffee grounds in them. I told the girl while she was making my coffee, but she didn't care at all and was going to pour the coffee in without cleaning the cup or anything. I had to clean the inside of the cup myself with my finger because it had coffee grounds in it. The only dirty part of the saucer is the area around it, the middle. I understand it was from my cup, but all the dried-out grounds around it were already there, and the girl saw it perfectly well and didn't care at all. They didn't even respond to me. Even so, after all that, I let it go, smiled, and took the coffee. When I tasted it, it tasted like dirty coffee grounds; I couldn't drink it. I went to find a solution, and they ignored me as if I wasn't even there. It was Wednesday the 16th at 12:50 pm, in case they want to check the security cameras!

The waitress, while I was standing at the door, shouted at me, asking if I wanted coffee, in a tone that made it seem like I was bothering her. I didn't even go past the door; I just stared at the pastries. I replied, "Café with milk," with plain milk. The moment I ordered, she was already heating the milk. She has no memory whatsoever. I ordered two butter croissants, and she immediately told me to pay there, pointing to the card reader (a device that isn't tethered by wires). She brought me the croissants, rang me up, and said, "Here you go." I asked her to please take it to the tray where I had the coffee with milk, and she said, "We don't do that. But I'll do you a favor." That really made me angry. In 30 years of service, I've never had a waiter serve me like that, only at McDonald's, and they give you everything on one tray. They don't bother you. The service was awful, and the coffee was terrible. The pastries, what can I say, were factory-made; they're fine everywhere.

The only Vivari where the coffee is absolutely terrible. Every day I drink four coffees at different Vivaris, choosing them because they have excellent coffee, except for this one. The girl asked me if I wanted a long or short coffee, I said normal, neither long nor short. She poured me a bucket of dirty water, because that's not coffee. I told her we hadn't agreed on a long coffee, she rudely threw it away and made me another one, which was practically no different from the first, only a tiny bit shorter, but very, very little. It was still a watery long coffee. I told her so, and she rudely replied: "That's a normal coffee." I refused to argue with such a monstrosity, so I sat down and drank my bucket of dirty water. Please train your staff to make coffee, as I've been going to Vivaris for a year and a half, drinking four coffees every day. I was served by a very, very thin, dark-haired Chinese girl. Now I know where not to go back.

Outrageous prices at this Vivari on Travesera de les Corts in Barcelona. The most expensive in all of Barcelona. They charge 20 cents more if you order skimmed milk, which we all know is cheaper than whole milk. The total for a coffee with milk was €1.95. It's unbelievable. Never again to this place, and by extension, to the entire chain. Thanks for ruining my day instead of brightening it.

I go almost every day and I am served by Mariana, a top 10 manager, who at the end greets me with a GOOD DAY, helpful, hardworking and friendly, and LEIDY, a super nice and very professional girl. People like that brighten up your day and the customers.

I go every day, it is part of my routine because it is too comfortable, the attention is 100/10. And all the desserts and especially the cappuccino is my favorite.
